Insulin Plant (costus igneus) Iced Tea

Prep Time:  ~10 mins

Ingredients:  

• 3 scoops insulin plant (costus igneus) leaf powder
• 17 oz water
• 1 lemon
• 1 piece (1/2 inch) fresh ginger
• Sweetener of choice (optional)

  Preparation:

1. Boil water and add insulin plant (costus igneus) leaf powder
2. Grate ginger and add to tea mixture from previous step
3. Let tea cool down
4. Strain the tea and add squeezed lemon juice and sweetener of choice (optional)
5. Refrigerate and enjoy with ice
