To complete your return, please follow these steps:

  2. Once approved, securely package the items you wish to return.

Conditions for Refund:

  • Unopened and Original Condition: You may return a product that is unopened and in its original condition within 60 days of purchase.

  • Consumed Product: If you have consumed the product, you may be eligible for a refund if you have used the product for 30 days as recommended and can honestly state that you have felt no benefit, including stable glucose levels.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive the returned items and verify their condition, we will issue a refund within 3-5 business days.

Exceptions:

  • If more than 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

  • If you have ordered more units than you intended, a $10 restocking fee per unit will be charged upon refund request.
