Refund Policy
To complete your return please e-mail us within 60 days of purchase at support@naturalsmarthealth.com with your reasons. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
If you want to return a product that is unopened and in its original condition and fit for resale, you can do so within 60 days of purchase.
If more than 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must have used the product for 30 days as recommended and be honest that you have felt no benefit at all including stable glucose levels or more energy.
If you incorrectly ordered more units than you intended, we will charge you a $10 restocking fee per unit upon refund request.
Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
